 Raphael.</span></p>

 parcours d'environ 11 km. Pas de denivele.</span></p>

 style="font-size:18px;">Covoiturage possible de Ouistreham,
 rendez-vous a 13H15 pour un depart a 13H30 sur l'aire reservee a cet
 effet, rue de la voie au coq (zone du
 Maresquier).</span></p>

 chaussures de randonnee et batons recommandes.</span></p>
